It can combine with DNA gyrase subunit A of bacteria, so as to inhibit the cutting and connecting function of enzyme, prevent the replication of DNA of bacteria, and present antibacterial effect. It has killing effect on Gram-negative bacteria and antibacterial effect on Gram-positive bacteria.
