Composition: Each bolus contains: Tetramisole HCl 600 mg. Description : Tetramisole Hcl 600mg bolus is a yellow colored oblonged scored on one side bolus & it is a safe and broad spectrum vermicidal, larvicidal anthelmitic for ruminants. Pharmacological : It can restrain activity of muscle succinic acid dehydrogenase in the worm body, make muscles continuous contraction and paralysis. Indication : For the treatment and controlofparasitic gastro-enteritis and verminous bronchiyis caused by round worms(Nematodes),in sheep, goats, cattle and camels Gastro-Intestinal Worms: Ascaris, Nematodirus, Haemonchus , Ostertagia, Cooperia, Thrichuris, Chabertia, 0esphagostomum. Dosage And Administration: (Single dose each time): (15 Mg active substance body wt. ) Lambs, Kids : Halfbolus/20 kg body wt. Sheep, goats, cattle, camels: One bolus/40 kg body wt.   Remarks: Safe for pregnant animals. Avoid treatment of debilitated of sick animal. Organophosphates are toxic if given within(14)days of treatment. Occasionally, salivation alight diarrhea and coughing may occur in some animals Withdrawal Period : For meat consumption: 7 days For milk consumption: 2 days

 

Tablets may be given directly by mouth or offered in a small amount of food. Fasting is neither necessary nor recommended prior to or after treatment.
For the control of Toxocara canis, nursing bitches should be dosed 2 weeks after giving birth and every two weeks until weaning. Puppies should be treated at 2 weeks of age and every 2 weeks until 12 weeks of age. Thereafter they should be treated at 3 month intervals. It is advisable to treat the bitch at the same time as the puppies.
In the event of heavy roundworm infestations repeat dose should be given after 2 weeks..
For routine control adult dogs should be treated every 3 months.
ADVERSE REACTION
No adverse reaction to follow the recommended dosage. Overdose may vomit occasionally in dogs.
SPECIAL WARNINGS
Only used for dogs over 3kg. Pregnancy bitches are available and must be used strictly in accordance with the recommended dosage. Do not use with piperazines. Wash hands immediately after handle this medicine. Do not use the rest.
