Marbofloxacin
       100 mg
Excipient q.s.f

INDICATIONS

Marbofloxacin is a synthetic, broad-spectrum antibiotic under a class of fluoroquinolone drug. It is used in to treat a range of serious bacterial infections.

Marbofloxacin's primary mechanism of action is to inhibit the bacterial enzymes, which eventually leads to the death of the bacteria.

In cattle, it is used in the treatment of respiratory infections caused by susceptible strains of Pasteurella multocida, Mannheimia haemolytica and Histophilus somni. It is recommended in the treatment of acute mastitis caused by Echerichia coli strains susceptible to Marbofloxacin during the lactation period.

In pigs, it is used in the treatment of Metritis Mastitis Agalactia Syndrome (MMA syndrome, postpartum dysgalactia syndrome, PDS) caused by bacterial strains susceptible to Marbofloxacin.

In cattle it is indicated in the treatment of respiratory infections caused by susceptible strains of Pasteurella multocida, Mannheimia haemolytica and Histophilus somni. ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE

Shake well before use
I.M., S.C. or I.P injection, massage the injection site.                                                                                                                          
Avarage dose: 1 ml/10 kg b.w, daily for 3-5 consecutive days.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
Meat: 14 days
 
Milk: 3 days (6 milkings)
SHELF-LIFE 2 years.
STORAGE In cool, dry place, protected from light
PRESENTATION Vials of 100 ml.
