COMPOSITION

Diaveridine HCl 50 mg

Vitamin K3 5 mg
DESCRIPTION
Sulphadimidine Sulphaquinoxaline sodium Plus is a well-balanced combination of two sulfas that have anti-bacterial and coccidiocidal actions that work synergistically with the antiprotozoal drug diaveridine and two essential vitamins A and Vitamin K3 for recovery from de intestinal lesions caused by the coccidial infection.
CONTRA-INDICATION
Do not administer to animals with known hypersensitivity to the group of penicillins and neither in animals with impaired renal nor hepatic function. Do not use in layers producing eggs for human consumption.
SIDE-EFFECTS
Sometimes gastro-intestinal disturbances, hypersensitivity reactions to penicillins or allergic skin reactions may occur.
INCOMPATIBILITY WITH OTHER DRUGS
Do not combine ampicillin with bacteriostatic antimicrobial drugs.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
For oral administration via drinking water or milk-replacer. Clean and flush the drinking water systems thoroughly before and after administration of ampicillin.
Calves, lambs, kids : 20 - 40 mg per kg bodyweight, twice daily, for 5 days.
Poultry : 250 g per 1,000 liters of drinking water, continuously for a period of 5-7 days.
Pigs : 75 g per 100 liters of drinking water, continuously for a period of 5-7 days.
Medicated drinking water should be used within 4 hours after preparation.
WITHDRAWAL TIME
Meat : Calves : 8 days
Poultry : 8 days
STORAGE
Store in a dry and dark place between 8 °C and 25 °C.
Store in closed packing.
Keep medicine away from children.
